Refund & Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing to participate in Venture Thrust. We value every registration and ticket purchase. Please review our refund and cancellation policy carefully before completing your purchase.
1. Registration Fees
All attendee registration fees are non-refundable. This policy ensures that we receive only serious and committed registrations, which helps us plan the event experience effectively. Even if you are unable to attend after registering, no refunds will be issued for registration.
2. Ticket Purchase & Refunds
Event tickets will be made available for purchase only after attendee registrations are complete.
If you have purchased a ticket and are unable to attend, you may receive a 50% refund of the ticket price. To be eligible for a refund, you must send an email to support@venturethrust.com with your cancellation request.
Refund requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the event date. No refunds will be processed for cancellations received after that.
3. How to Cancel
To cancel your ticket, please email us at support@venturethrust.com with the subject line “Ticket Cancellation Request” and include your full name, ticket ID (if available), and payment details.
4. Processing of Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
